Use Restrictions

Restricted purposes

When you use any of our Services, you acknowledge that you may not:

  • Collect or extract information and/or user data from accounts which do not belong to you.
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services.
  • Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users, including but not limited to making false reports or impersonating another user.
  • Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses or any type of malware, or information collection mechanism, including 1x1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or other similar devices.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks or the Services connected.
  • Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten others, or any of our employees engaged in providing any portion of the Services to you.
  • Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Services.
  • Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.

Accounts found to be in violation of any of the above are subject to cancellation without prior notice.

AI Agent Restrictions

When configuring and running AI agents through the Services, you additionally may not:

  • Configure agents to exfiltrate, copy, or transfer data from connected repositories or integrations to unauthorized external services or destinations.
  • Use agents to create spam, harass individuals, or generate abusive content in connected third-party services (e.g. mass-creating GitHub issues, sending unsolicited messages via connected communication tools).
  • Use agents to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or terms of service of connected third-party services.
  • Configure agents to access, store, or process data beyond what is necessary for the agent's stated purpose and configured scope.
  • Use agents to generate or distribute malware, exploit code, or content that facilitates illegal activity.
  • Attempt to break out of or circumvent sandbox execution boundaries.
  • Use agents to impersonate individuals or organizations in connected services, or to create content that misrepresents its AI-generated nature where disclosure is required by law or the connected service's terms.
  • Configure agents with credentials, API keys, or secrets that you do not have authorization to use.

How to report abuse

Violations can be reported by emailing legal@toposi.com and should include detailed information about the account, the content or behavior you are reporting, and how you found it, including URLs or screenshots. We will not disclose your identity to anyone associated with the reported account.
